We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, due to the handmade and artistic nature of some items, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the charm!

4. Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is required at the time of order via our secure checkout.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance—we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

By default we ship within the UK. For International queries please eMail enquiries@santaspud.co.uk. Delivery times vary depending on location and season.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, but delays may occur during busy festive periods.

Santaspud is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers - Christmas time is not only our busiest period but also that of shipping companies.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you're not delighted with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom or personalized items (like bespoke SantaSpud illustrations) are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this site—including images, designs, and branding—is owned by Santaspud or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent.
